The Self Build Process
Welsh Oak Frame offer various levels of support and involvement depending on your particular needs. We understand that some self-builders are experienced in building techniques and procurement methods, therefore requiring only a simple "supply and erect" service from ourselves.
For the less experienced we are also happy to offer a full design service including Planning and Building Regulation submissions, costings and project management advice. Alternatively, you could choose to employ your own team of professionals - architect, quantity surveyor etc, - and we'll be pleased to work with them to create your new self build home.
Our standard package is the supply and erection of the timber frame including infill panels with our client taking responsibility for the overall building project. We are flexible in our approach and if you wish you can choose us to install the substructure and/or the roof structure, or take the build to a watertight stage. In certain circumstances we might be able to offer a complete build package. The choice is yours.
